Key Responsibilities:
1. General Maintenance & Repairs
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, fixtures, and facilities.
Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting works.
Repair or replace defective lighting, switches, water fittings, door locks, tiles, and other fixtures as required.
Ensure tools and maintenance materials are properly used and stored.
2. Facility Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance rooms, common areas, and equipment rooms.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment or furniture for events or building activities.
Monitor and report any damage, wear, or safety hazard in the property.
3. Support Services
Assist contractors or service providers during repair and maintenance works.
Respond promptly to service requests or complaints from residents or tenants as directed by the Property Manager.
Support emergency response activities such as power failures, water leaks, or safety incidents.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Record all maintenance works, materials used, and completion status.
Report recurring issues, unsafe conditions, or equipment that may require professional servicing.
Maintain proper inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
