Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Handyman

to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities. The Handyman will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, equipment, and structures are in good working condition. This role also involves assisting with minor repair works, supervising contractors, and supporting daily building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Carry out minor repair and replacement works such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks. Supervise and monitor contractors performing maintenance and repair works to ensure quality and safety compliance. Attend to maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently. Conduct water and electricity meter readings and report any irregularities. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards. Maintain proper records of repair works, equipment usage, and service reports. Support other operational activities or ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma

in

Civil Engineering

,

Building Services

,

Carpentry

, or a related technical field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in

property or facilities maintenance

(experience in mixed development, high-rise, or commercial buildings is an advantage). Basic understanding of

mechanical

,

electrical

, and

plumbing systems

. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and willing to work on-site when required.

Location: Seksyen 15, Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
