Position: Hardware Design Engineer

Responsible for design and develop X86 platform storage board, which including such as CPU & chipset and LSI & PMC SAS controller and expander.

- Familiar with overall storage system product configuration
- Design spec analysis and making design proposal from HW level

- Leading the HW design of a project independently.
- Working with multiple internal function teams for hardware development execution, including PCB layout instruction and review.

- Own and give the instruction on CPLD coding.
- Working with customer for product co-development, conference call skill is required
- Executes and leverages design principles from main chipsets
- Ensure product to meet chipset & industry requirements
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers from HW side.

Requirements:

-You must possess a Bachelors with 8 years or a master with 5 years\' experience in Electrical Engineering/Automation/Computer Science
- Excellent communication and co-ordinations skill
- Proactive and willing to take challenge
- Familiar with computer architecture & electrical engineering, especially on server and storage
- Good understanding on environmental testing, such as EMC, NEBS, etc.
- Good understanding on thermal, mechanical, power engineering knowledge
- Strong problem solving & debug skill
- Aggressive and willing to work independently
