:

Role Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to printers, such as connectivity problems, print quality issues, and driver conflicts.
• Repair & maintenance for firmware printers, including disassembling & assemble parts of printer components etc.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test printer-related issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on printers, including cleaning, calibration, and updates.
• Conduct hardware and software testing to identify and rectify defects, ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of the printing solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate printer hardware components, firmware, and software applications.
• Document and report test results, defects, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to printers, hardware, and software testing.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience and eager to learn software testing and hands-on hardware repair.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on hardware (printer will be added advantage)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for printers.
• Experienced in HP printer service will be a plus
