Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in haulage operations. (Fresh graduates with strong initiative are also encouraged to apply.)
• Knowledge of container operation flow, including booking, VGM submission, port systems (Westport/Northport), and depot coordination.
• Computer literate - able to use Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp group coordination, and online systems such as CargoMove.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks (documents, scheduling, follow-ups).
• Willing to rotate night shifts (Work From Home).

Responsibilities

• Handle driver booking and trip planning in the CargoMove system.
• Prepare and submit VGM/EE for containers and coordinate with depots for port system updates.
• Monitor container closing schedules.
• Manage work orders (ROT) and update container numbers in the operation group and master records.
• Conduct monthly GPS checks on drivers and verify EIR for any damaged containers.
