\xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in planning daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in planning and booking in Port Klang Net System for drivers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating the details of delivery and collection in System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating the collection list of details and remarks for driver arrangement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking and updating the driver works ticket daily for each container and trip. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking on the booking closing for export shipment and monitoring the last day of import shipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with customer services and customers regarding the delivery or collection information and status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend any ad-hoc task assigned by the operation head.
