We are looking for a creative Head Baker to be responsible for crafting delicious desserts and confectionery, designing seasonal menus, and developing new recipes for the pastry section of our kitchen. You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create masterpieces that go beyond our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
To be successful in this role you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Baker Requirements:
\xc3\x98 Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field.
\xc3\x98 Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
\xc3\x98 Keen attention to detail.
\xc3\x98 In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
\xc3\x98 Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.

Baker Responsibilities:
\xc3\x98 Constantly checks the quality of bread and pastries production line prepared with regard to taste and temperature
\xc3\x98 Insists on a uniform visual appearance of all bread and pastries production line
\xc3\x98 Presentation and garnish must be prepared according to standards
\xc3\x98 Monitors and fully implements the portion control established with the recipe cards and to minimize waste and spoilage
\xc3\x98 Checks stores and effective communication among the kitchens and other departments
\xc3\x98 Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of designated area and the equipment and committed to implement the Social group Food Safety guidelines
\xc3\x98 Prepares and bakeries of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
\xc3\x98 Ensures minimum par levels are maintained of all baked items
\xc3\x98 Devises new and innovative presentations and recipes for baked items
\xc3\x98 Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure that colleagues comply with HACCP guidelines
\xc3\x98 Extensive knowledge in breads
\xc3\x98 Ensure the food cost of his Bakery is in line with budget kitchen operating supplies, and kitchen energy costs
\xc3\x98 Coordinates in details on the restaurant / banquet / food production, and all specific duties to all employees
