Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Communication and liaison personal to food solution partner \xc2\xb7 Lead the development & review of new products/ menu items all the time \xc2\xb7 Maintain and evaluate process to maintain efficiency, competitiveness, and cost effectiveness, especially the ready to ear items to the convenience /grocery stores \xc2\xb7 To setup a central kitchen \xc2\xb7 Oversees and directs all food production operations in a central kitchen \xc2\xb7 Ensure the operations meet the brand\xe2\x80\x99s target customer needs, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the company \xc2\xb7 Overseeing deliverable of food products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s target customer \xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to quality expectations. Standard and food safety requirements \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal (MOH) regulations and company standard \xc2\xb7 Perform any ad-hoc or other task assigned by the Management Requirement - At least holding Diplom/Bachelor\'s Degree in Culinary Arts or other related disciplines. - At least having 7 years of experience in related industry Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
