Job Description

To fulfill all tasks below relating to operation but not limited to: a) Review all kitchen staff performance by having weekly internal or outlet meeting. Summary of meeting to be reported to upper management b) Making yourself available to attend any meetings required c) Ensuring kitchen equipment function well and follow through any kitchen issues relating to maintenance and repair works d) Communicate regularly with Outlet Manager on issues pertaining but not limited to staff, operation, ongoing promotions, quality or quantity check issue, customer feedbacks e) Constantly review current SOP/processing method/recipe/storage method/fixed order and feedback to the Management should there be any changes needed \xef\x82\xb7 Have good interpersonal and communication skills to lead the kitchen department \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee and ensure closing stock and inventory checks are carry out properly and accurately \xef\x82\xb7 Train and constantly ensure the team meet food preparation standards \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all products by the kitchen team are prepared in a consistent manner and food quality meet restaurant required standards \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure quality of goods receiving, proper storage, production and presentation of food is maintained \xef\x82\xb7 Investigate and respond to complaints \xef\x82\xb7 Make yourself available to engage with customers on food quality, presentation and service standards when necessary \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure sufficient stock level are scheduled to accommodate business demands \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure sufficient manpower to work and deliver on all occasions (including Public Holidays) Ensures disciplinary procedures are carried out according to company operational standards and management policy Ensure all paper documentation are proper and in order
