Steward / Commis / Chef De Partie / Head Chef (Shah Alam / Seberang Jaya / JB)

  • The applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM level and above.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Experience required
  • Able to work on Shift, Weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Able to start work immediately.
Responsibilities
  • To keep the cleanliness of personal hygiene.
  • Ensure all products are prepared and cooked with company standard recipe and ensure compliance with all company policies procedures, standards and guidelines.
  • Responsible for food labelling and stock rotation, organized chiller/ freezer with compartmentalization SOP.
  • Assisting the team to maintain food quality and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
  • Constant needs for self-improvement and training.
