Steward / Commis / Chef De Partie / Head Chef (Shah Alam / Seberang Jaya / JB)
The applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM level and above.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
Experience required
Able to work on Shift, Weekend and Public Holiday.
Able to start work immediately.
Responsibilities
To keep the cleanliness of personal hygiene.
Ensure all products are prepared and cooked with company standard recipe and ensure compliance with all company policies procedures, standards and guidelines.
Responsible for food labelling and stock rotation, organized chiller/ freezer with compartmentalization SOP.
Assisting the team to maintain food quality and minimize food wastage.
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
Constant needs for self-improvement and training.
