Job description

:

• Proactively manage the Secured Lending & Business Banking (BB) portfolio within agreed risk appetite.
• Develop, implement, and manage credit policies and risk management strategies for effective portfolio management.
• Ensure compliance with local and group risk policies, processes, and controls.
• Establish and maintain portfolio MIS for informed decision-making.
• Meet budget and benchmarks for Liquidity Indicator (LI).
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including business partners, regulators, and the Group.
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to the Secured Lending and Business Credit Risk team.
• Drive strategic initiatives and conduct portfolio analysis to optimize decision-making and facilitate effective monitoring

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in portfolio management and risk management within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance related to secured lending and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in using MIS and analytics for portfolio monitoring and decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to provide guidance and motivation to the team.
• Knowledge of local and group risk policies, processes, and controls.
• Understanding of banking products and processes, particularly in the areas of secured lending and retail banking.
