Key Responsibilities
Centralized Data Demand Management & Program Oversight
Lead the centralized management of all data demand across the Group, covering both strategic initiatives and ABAU (ad-hoc/BAU) requirements.
Assess data demand requests for alignment with the strategic data architecture roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
Prepare and present funding papers, secure approvals, and ensure appropriate allocation of resources for prioritized initiatives.
Track program and project status, providing timely updates to steering committees and senior leadership.
Channel demand to demand and service management teams for delivery or resolution of user pain points.
Maintain visibility of sector-level demand dashboards, ensuring transparent reporting and actionable insights for decision-making.
Strategic Business Partnership & Engagement
Act as the primary data partner for senior business stakeholders, aligning data initiatives with business priorities.
Track and report key performance metrics for each LOB, including project demand, service levels, user experience, and data democratization adoption.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on data utilization, adoption trends, and investment priorities.
Data Democratization & Product Ownership
Own the strategy and roadmap for data democratization tools (e.g., DSP, OAS), ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
Drive adoption, utilization, and license management of data platforms across the Group.
Partner with technology teams to ensure platforms address business needs and enhance the user experience.
Data Knowledge & Culture Enablement
Promote data literacy, trust, and analytics capability through training programs, workshops, and forums such as the Knowledge Council.
Champion data-driven decision-making and embed a culture of data democratization across all business sectors.
Ensure feedback from business users is incorporated into platform improvements and governance initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead a team of 6-8 staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, adoption, and value delivery.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
