You will lead a team of 10 developers and oversee the delivery of up to
70 applications or reusable components annually
, contributing directly to faster time-to-market, improved NPS, and measurable productivity gains.
Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Strategy
Translate organisational strategies into actionable digitalisation & automation roadmaps.
Develop execution plans to achieve business, sector, and departmental objectives.
Build, coach and mentor a high-performing technical team.
Provide regular reporting on technical performance, productivity and delivery.
Maintain technical protocols, standards and quality benchmarks for the platform.
2. Platform & Adoption
Craft architecture strategy and lead implementation of complex software solutions.
Define platform roadmaps for RPA and Low-Code technologies.
Ensure solution architecture meets performance, scalability, security & stability standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies & platform enhancements.
3. Solution Delivery
Oversee design, development, code reviews, and technical issue resolution.
Manage CI/CD implementation and deployment pipelines.
Ensure individual and team delivery targets (7 MVPs per developer per year) are achieved.
Ensure smooth transition to operations for support readiness.
4. Platform Operations
Oversee platform maintenance, upgrades, patches, DR readiness and environment management.
Ensure stability, uptime and performance for RPA & Low Code platforms.
Manage licenses, asset updates, scalability and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, incident, problem & change management standards.
Lead incident resolution (L1-L3 support) and root-cause analysis.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical guidance, documentation and knowledge sharing.
Support regional countries in solution delivery and operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience
with:
OutSystems
(Architect certification advantageous) and/or
UiPath
Architectural styles, APIs
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, React Native
Back-end: NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot
Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
Security practices: authentication, authorization, data validation, DDoS, SQL Injection
OutSystems Architecture Dashboard
Experience leading a team of
5-10 developers

Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Knowledge of digital banking processes is an added advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
