You will be making a significant impact in CARSOME, in implementing a comprehensive corporate finance transformation strategy. Working together in collaboration with our business to transform the finance department to greater heights.Your-Day-To-DayStrategic Leadership

• Create and implement a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with the organization\'s overall strategic objectives.
• Identify key areas for improvement and innovation within the finance function.

Change Management

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate transformation goals and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and support.

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance transformation projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Process Improvement

• Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization. - Implement best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Technology Adoption

• Evaluate and select appropriate financial technologies and tools to support transformation initiatives. - Oversee the integration of new systems and ensure they align with business requirements.

Data Management

• Ensure accurate and efficient data management practices are in place. - Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

Team Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance transformation team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.

Collaboration

• Foster collaboration between finance and other departments to support integrated transformation efforts. - Work closely with IT, HR, and other key functions to ensure alignment and support for finance initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all finance transformation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. - Implement controls to mitigate risks associated with transformation projects.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks related to finance transformation and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and manage risks throughout the transformation process.

Performance Monitoring

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of finance transformation initiatives. - Regularly review and report on progress against KPIs, making adjustments as needed.

Continuous Improvement

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function. Encourage feedback and suggestions for ongoing enhancements to processes and systems.

• Address concerns and gather input to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

External Relationships

• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants supporting finance transformation efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure necessary resources and services.

By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, the Head of Finance Transformation will drive the successful transformation of the finance function, ensuring it meets current and future business needs
