Head, Grant & Social Impact
to lead and strengthen the Foundation's fund/grant administration, social impact measurement, and programme delivery across its key pillars.
This leadership role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to guide a team in delivering high-quality and impactful outcomes for the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund/Grant Administration and Coordination
Lead the assessment, verification, and coordination of applications for:
- Patient Assistance & Welfare, including operational oversight of caregiver dormitory facilities
- Research & Clinical Studies
- Educational & Training Grants
Oversee fund utilisation, documentation, and reporting in accordance with IJNF policies and donor requirements.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all patient assistance applications, fund/grant disbursements, tracking, and record management.
Review, strengthen, and implement fund/grant management frameworks, SOPs, and reporting processes for improved efficiency and accountability.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Reporting
Develop and implement frameworks to measure outcomes and social impact across IJNF's key pillars.
Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of data for impact assessment, donor reporting, and presentations for Board meetings.
Produce impact summaries, case studies, and success stories for internal communications, publicity, and donor engagement.
Oversee and manage operational and administrative matters related to the caregiver dormitory.
3. Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Grant & Social Impact team to achieve unit performance targets.
Liaise and collaborate with donors, medical teams, and corporate partners to ensure effective programme delivery.
Report directly to the General Manager/Head of the Organisation and work cross-functionally with the Fundraising & Communications Unit and Finance & Secretariat Unit to align impact reporting with donor visibility and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, Community/Social Development, or other relevant fields.
Experience:
Minimum
5-7 years
of experience in grant or fund administration, programme management/coordination, or donor reporting, preferably within the
non-profit, healthcare, development, or social impact sector
.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and report-writing skills.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
