Job Purpose To lead fund management & investment in evaluating, structuring, executing, and managing investments (including joint ventures, asset acquisitions & divestments, fund investments and co-investments). Job Responsibilities Lead and manage origination activities and negotiations for real estate deals, especially for Industrial & Logistics segment in Malaysia. Lead and manage Singapore-based joint venture, strategic partnership and/or fund opportunities to deliver inorganic growth for SD Property. Lead fund raising efforts for such joint venture, strategic partnership and/or fund opportunities. Execution and management of investment deals, including conducting appropriate due diligence. Monitoring of investment performance and ensuring compliance with SD Property\'s investment standards and regulatory requirements.
