Responsibilities:

• Providing technical leadership on communication related solution
• Responsible and overseeing the entire IT lifecycle of network, firewalling, call contact applications, VoIP telephony, and cellular communication systems for Genting Group in Kuala Lumpur and Resorts World Genting
• Oversee Implementation and management of IT related projects
• Designing and proposing innovative communication solutions that meet business needs and align with company goals
• Developing and implementing comprehensive disaster recovery strategies and contingency plans for communication-related projects to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
• Leading and coaching a team of IT professionals to achieve team objectives and targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with proven ability in managing a team of minimum 15 network engineers
• Possess CISCO technical certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network certifications
• The candidate must have minimum 5 years' experience designing and managing the complex campus wide network in large enterprise
• Must have experience and familiarize with ISO 27001 ISMS or PCI DSS procedure
• Must possess hands-on experience in administration of dynamic routing and firewalling
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skill
• Self-starter, proactive and resourceful
