Job Description

We are hiring a Head of IT Operations to lead Cloud, Infrastructure, NAC, and Operations teams. The role focuses on ensuring IT services meet business demands, driving cloud adoption, managing major incidents, and delivering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead IT Operations, ensuring SLA, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Oversee incident, change & service management.

Drive cloud modernization (AWS or equivalent).

Collaborate with leadership on IT & Cybersecurity strategy.

Mentor and grow IT teams.

Requirements:

15+ years IT Operations / Service Management (FinTech / Financial Institutions preferred).

Proven AWS / Cloud leadership.

10+ years leading large teams (20+ staff).

Strong knowledge of Payment Systems & ITIL.

Bachelor's in Computer Science (Cloud / ITIL / TOGAF certifications preferred).

Strong leadership & communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM35,000.00 per month
