Job Description

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analysing data to measure success. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute marketing materials and manage the company's social media accounts. Responsible for overseeing all marketing aspects of the brand, including strategy development to create interest, demand, and recognition of the brand and its products. Develop and manage contents for the company profile, marketing brochures, and prepare PowerPoint presentation slides for sales and marketing. Study potential customers, market trends, incorporate customer feedback, and identify opportunities for the company's direction and growth initiatives. Understanding the creative workflow process, including project initiation and kick-off, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance and share insights to develop optimization plans. Coordinate with the team to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintaining consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels. Responsible for building brand awareness and positioning in the market by participating in semiconductor exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and events. Represent the Company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. Assist in managing and optimizing content for the website and social networking channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development
