Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? Kagayaku Logistics Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Head of Account & Finance to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
Submitting monthly e-invoicing and preparing the sales report.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Providing financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making
Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
Preparing all documentations for audit purpose and assisting auditors in audit process.
What You Bring:
Advance knowledge in SQL Accounting and spreadsheet applications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior account executive role or similar position
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using i-Logistics software and prodigy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
