Job Description

Responsibiities & :
1. Responsible for overall management of service operations and administration in accordance with policies and procedures set out by the company, dealership principals (Proton, Honda etc.) and the relevant authorities.
2. Ensure the fleet under supervision is operating at a cost optimum level and achieving financial objectives as per guidelines and budgets detailed in the Annual Management Plans as well as observing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of Concession Agreement (CA).
3. Train, motivate, and lead teams to achieve set KPIs and objectives
4. Liaise with other departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing service performance.
5. Ensure compliance with all general, Company policies, and Concession Agreement (CA) when carrying out duties.
6. Prepare timely overall fleet performance report and provide strategic solutions with respect to service network issues and development.
7. Formulate short- and long-term network operational strategies for a continuous enhancement of service levels and financial objectives.
8. Ensure the Regional Service Centers operations is efficient and cost-effective
9. Engage with fleet customers on a regular basis to understand their concerns and formulate solutions to address them effectively.
10. Promote harmonious working relationship among After Sales Division's associates and them with the Management. In doing so the Division under supervision must maintain a high degree of integrity, competency, and discipline in their work values/ culture to result in customer service excellence.
11. Prepare the Annual Management Plan for the After Sales Division through the establishment of short and long-term plans and strategies aligning them towards Spanco Group goals and objectives.
12. To perform any other duties specified by Management.

Job Requirements:
1. SKM Level 3 to 5 in Automotive/ Diploma/ Degree in business or related field
2. More than 10 years of working experience in automotive field
3. Experience in planning and implementing after sales strategies
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
5. An exemplary leader who is dedicated, diligent, tenacious and performance driven
6. Ability to communicate in Cantonese/ Mandarin is an added advantage
7. Exposure/ knowledge in Finance (with Finance background) is another added advantage
