The Head of Airport Division is responsible for leading and scaling the Airport Business Unit, with a strong focus on executing and monetizing the strategic collaboration with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
This role drives airport-based revenue initiatives including O2O kiosks, digital vouchers, brand partnerships, and content-led campaigns. The position requires strong commercial judgment, partnership management skills, and the ability to turn passenger traffic into sustainable revenue streams.
This is a senior leadership role that contributes directly to the group's growth strategy and IPO roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Growth
Lead and grow the Airport Business Unit in line with company objectives.
Develop and execute monetization strategies within airport environments.
Drive revenue through O2O kiosks, digital vouchers, partnerships, and campaigns.
Identify new commercial opportunities linked to passenger engagement and travel behavior.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Manage and strengthen the collaboration with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
Work closely with airport stakeholders, brand partners, and service providers.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strategy & Execution
Translate business strategy into clear execution plans and KPIs.
Oversee airport-related projects from concept to launch and scaling.
Collaborate with internal teams across product, content, marketing, and operations.
Leadership & Reporting
Lead, guide, and develop the Airport Division team.
Report performance, insights, and growth plans directly to the Group CEO.
Contribute to group-level planning aligned with IPO preparation.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles (travel, airport, retail, tech, or related industries preferred).
Strong B2B commercial and negotiation skills.
Experience managing strategic partnerships and key stakeholders.
Ability to balance creativity with execution and commercial results.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
