The Head of Application will provide leadership in all Application Infrastructure functions within the company. This role is a strategic position within the organization, requiring a unique blend of technical skills and experience to enhance the application's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead and manage all Application Infrastructure function.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to facilitate operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other top executives to align departmental goals with overall company objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental and corporate goals.
• Oversee the preparation and administration of budgets.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and implement necessary changes.

• A strong background in IT infrastructure management, network, and systems administration.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, various technology stacks, including cloud services and microservices, and proficiency in managing servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred.
