As the Head of Borneo, you will be reporting to the COO of OURFARM Asia. This role is located in Sabah and will require you to travel. Your role is the key to the growth of OURFARM specifically in the Borneo Region. This role demands a very high work ethic, an incredible attitude, excellent planning, execution and a problem-solver mindset while also managing key stakeholders in the process. Your ultimate goal is to build Boreo into the Main Fresh / Frozen Produce / Processed Food Export Hub in Malaysia. This goal would encapsulate the development of infrastructure, farmer upskilling, acquiring of licensing and acquisition of customers Underlying all this, it is key to also establishing supply chain management which entails understanding the supply and demand requirements, the logistical management and warehouse management. The acquisition of a warehouse, builded up, fabrication and day to day management will fall within your responsibly Domestic and International Customer acquisition and management will also be a top priority for this role. This role requires you to build and lead a team out of Sabah to help execute the vision under your care. Working very closely with OURFARM group located in KL, while also collaborating efforts across other parts the group where required. This role requires you to understand the political, social and economic climate and must be able to address these as and when required which must be inline with AirAsia\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and values. Lead, drive and motivate your team to achieve their targets which include infrastructure development and revenue generation targets with the aim of making sabah the Main Fresh / Frozen Produce / Processed Food Export Hub To succeed in this role, you need to be driven and a great communicator. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
