Assessment link : https://shorturl.at/pqtQV Job Purpose: As the Head of Branch Office, you will assume a multifaceted role that encompasses Human Resources Management focusing on Learning & Development, Stakeholder Engagement, and Building Management. You will lead and manage these critical functions to ensure a well-functioning and harmonious branch office environment. Your strategic leadership will drive employee satisfaction, foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, and maintain efficient building operations. Key Responsibilities Operations: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operational activities. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve productivity, minimize costs, and achieve targeted goals and objectives. Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, such as employers, training providers, state authorities and customers, to ensure effective communication for smooth operations. Devise action plans to address any gaps or issues that has been identified via in-depth data analytics, operational data and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service to the stakeholders. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in relevant areas of interest to ensure that the regional operations are able to meet the stakeholders\' requirement and expectation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. employers, training providers, state authorities, and other stakeholders including clients, partners, and local community members. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Develop and execute strategies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty. Represent the branch office at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings. Building Management: Oversee the overall maintenance and operational efficiency of the branch office building. Coordinate with Facilities & Asset Management team to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning work environment. Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services, including maintenance, security, and janitorial services. Develop and implement building security protocols, emergency response plans, and health and safety measures. Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the branch office. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (master\'s degree preferred). Proven experience at least 8 years\' experience in leadership roles encompassing HR, stakeholder engagement, and building management. Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, stakeholder communication strategies, and facility management principles. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in both speaking and writtng in English and Bahasa. Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive stakeholder interactions with professionalism. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and lead through organizational transitions. Willing to undertake additional responsibilities and traveling when required by the business. Willing to work in Terengganu, Malaysia area.
