Craft strategies for the whole Brand & Marketing Department encompassing Digital, Partnership, and Creative teams, fostering synergy and innovation seamlessly integrating branding, consumer engagement, and sales objectives.
Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging to create a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring its alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives.
Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies, driving tangible results through meticulous planning and strategic implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities.
Guide, mentor, and inspire a dynamic Brand & Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and sales materials to support sales efforts.
Proficiently employ various media and computer-aided design tools to articulate creativity and develop concepts, resulting in the creation of exceptional artworks that enhance brand visibility within specific target markets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Research & Development, and Operation Teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Plan, execute, and monitor the advertising and promotional activities across all online and offline platforms such as social media, website, e-commerce, and others.
Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity and coherence across all brand communications and materials.
Conduct insightful strategic marketing analysis to inform the development of compelling marketing messages, and guide the strategic direction of campaigns for maximum impact and resonance with target audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth.
Implement thorough monitoring, reviewing, and reporting protocols to meticulously track all marketing activities, assess outcomes, and measure Return on Investment (ROI) for comprehensive analysis and strategic refinement.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Formulate contingency plans and strategies for crisis management, ensuring brand integrity and reputation are maintained in challenging situations.
Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring all marketing and sales activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
Implement a culture of continuous improvement, regularly evaluating processes and strategies for optimization and efficiency gains.
Generate Brand & Marketing related reports to be presented to the Management.
Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by Superior/ Management.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Event Management or any other related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the related field with managerial involvement.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including brands identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets - must provide portfolio of completed design projects (Attach resume/ CV included with portfolio (Link/ QR Code).
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Excellent understanding of marketing budgets, pricing structures, and financial metrics to effectively allocate resources and maximize product profitability.
Strong knowledge of branding principles, market research, consumer behaviour, and sales strategies is required.
Proficient in using marketing and sales tools and software.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
Computer literate with a good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
