Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Branding & Creative. The Head of Branding & Creative will oversee the branding & creative direction of airasia rewards, including the management of a design team. The Head of Branding & Creative will also be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies and ensuring the highest of quality of all visual assets across all channels in support of the business goals of airasia rewards. Qualifications Creative Direction and Team Management skills Experience in branding, graphic design, and creative strategy Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles and front-end web development Experience with design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and Figma Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Experience in the e-commerce, travel or lifestyle rewards industry is a plus
