- Manage a team of Relationship Managers
- Strategize and execute for the growth and profitability of the portfolio.
- Coordinate with relevant Units on business development.
- Ensure compliance/audit requirements are satisfactorily met.
- Work closely with product groups to sell core products and cross sell other products.
Qualifications
- Tertiary or professional qualification in relevant discipline.
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in credit or marketing of commercial banking services.
- Experienced in managing a team of 2 or 3 RMs in commercial banking space
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative and a marketing-oriented approach to work.
- Possess strong marketing and credit evaluation skills.
- Outgoing, engaging and analytical.
- Having strong business network in Klang Valley.
