Work you will do You\'ll have a critical role supporting the consulting leadership team, driving the operation cadence of the consulting portfolios and managing special projects. You\'ll support the effective and efficient management of the practice across Southeast Asia, as well as working across the matrix on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: . Lead a team of financial analysts and manage their day-to-day business operations . Proactively engage senior stakeholders and manage the team\'s stakeholder engagement . Execute special projects/ internal initiatives. . Facilitate meetings across various stakeholder groups . Work with and responsible for data preparation and analytics for monthly or quarterly business review, annual planning and more. . Manage and execute ad-hoc and reoccurring variance analysis, include the communication to senior management . Monitor budgets and forecasts and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, sales, resource utilization etc. . Tertiary qualification in a relevant accounting, business or finance discipline. . Minimum 10 years proven record in similar capacity in a Consulting environment . Project delivery and management experience desirable . Experience in managing teams . Advanced skills in developing presentation and reporting materials using Excel and PowerPoint. . Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. . Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ideally incl the use of VBA . Experience with visualization, database and analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) as well as process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath) is a plus.
