Job Description

Sunway International School is seeking a highly motivated Head of Cambridge Program to lead our team at our brand new International School campus in Kuala Lumpur. As the Head of Cambridge Program, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in our school.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Cambridge curriculum across all grade levels

Ensure that the curriculum meets the academic needs of our students and aligns with the school\'s educational philosophy

Provide guidance and support to teachers in the delivery of the curriculum

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the school

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Education or a related field and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

At least 5 years of experience teaching and leading the Cambridge curriculum

Experience in a leadership role in an educational setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
