This role involves setting the department\'s vision and culture, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining the accessibility, security, quality, and ethical handling of datasetsMain Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly data extractions, quality assurance, and data analysis to meet client needs and automate recurring tasks.
  • Address customer complaints related to data services, such as score or credit report issues.
  • Develop data pipelines from multiple sources, ensuring quality, and operationalize for automated execution and reporting.
  • Own and improve the data platform, recommend and implement new technologies, and support the migration of data services to the cloud
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum with 8-10 years of experience in data domain, preferably from financial industry background.
  • Experienced in leading a team with strong stakeholder management, operational and leadership skills
  • Expertise in Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and ETL tools.
