Job Description

Lead the planning and execution of setting up new dialysis centers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct market research to assess potential locations for new centers or service offerings. Lead the design and development of new dialysis centers from concept to operation. Develop detailed project timelines, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the entire setup process. Identify and evaluate potential locations for dialysis centers based on market research and patient needs. Ensure all dialysis centers meet regulatory requirements, including healthcare policies, safety standards, and accreditation (CKAPS, Bomba, and other local authorities). Coordinate with contractors about the layout and structure of the center, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and dialysis-specific requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical equipment, dialysis machines, and patient monitoring devices. Manage the budget for the center's setup, ensuring all financial aspects align with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure the smooth transition from construction and setup to the full operation of the center. Manage the coordination of all activities related to the expansion of existing dialysis centers. Ensure facility design accommodates patient comfort, operational efficiency, and safety standards. Uphold all aspects of company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and instructions given by superiors. Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams on medical equipment, dialysis machines, patient monitoring devices, and other necessary supplies.
