The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be leading a team and partnering actively with the products, propositions and partnerships teams to design differentiated digital offerings and bring them to market to drive business growth and profitability.
What will you be doing?
Develop, communicate, and implement digital product and distribution strategy.
Gather and synthesize multiple pieces of data, including user analytics, customer feedback, market research and stakeholder opinion, to design and distribute customer led digital products and propositions.
Collaborate actively with stakeholders across departments to identify innovative ways to distribute insurance products.
Source and manage multiple digital partners and grow these accounts.
Understand and leverage digital ecosystems to drive business growth.
Actively help business entities digitalize and modernize their key customer and distribution touchpoints.
Drive multi-channel and omni-channel capabilities to optimize the customer interaction and experience.
Drive innovation, prototyping, implementing a \'test and learn\' approach to promote the usage of emerging technologies, leveraging Zurich digital technology platforms.
Lead digital marketing and distribution strategies to increase cross-selling, upselling across different business entities using digital distribution platforms.
Display thought leadership to provide the business units with forward looking digital strategies, frameworks, tools, expertise, and best practice sharing.
Build, develop and lead a high performing digital squad team to achieve business goals.
What are we looking for?
10+ years of experience in leading Digital strategy and distribution within financial services, consulting, fintech, insurtech, or e-commerce company
Experience with P&L responsibility under digital strategy is ideal.
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital ecosystems and shaping go to market products and propositions.
Solid understanding of the financial services industry and excellent network with potential distribution partners is a plus
Proven experience in product development and execution of digital programs including onboarding of strategic partners.
Demonstrated ability to drive business innovation and change.
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in working in newly launched businesses. * Strong communication and presentation skills - highly articulate and can present to C-level executives.
