Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team in building and scaling world-class consumer-facing digital applications. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical depth and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a large, complex engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive the migration from legacy systems to modern technology stacks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Track and report on engineering KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on consumer-facing applications.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise in architecture, design, and development of scalable software systems.
• Experience in migrating from legacy systems to modern technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth industries such as fintech, insurtech, telecom, or digital banking.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
