You will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with the business objectives of the bank, driving digital transformation, and leading a team of skilled architects. This role reports to the Head of Business Enabler, Group Technology. The other key responsibilities are as detailed below:Overall Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate the bank\'s technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects and business analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation within the department.
• Architecture Governance: Manage the architecture governance processes to ensure technology solutions adhere to defined standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and design innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and security.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential to improve the bank\'s architecture and processes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology-related risks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
• Budget Management: Manage the EA department budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technology strategies, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Jobholder Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Banking industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in Banking.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF are a plus.
