Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Regulatory Reporting:

• Establish processes and controls for financial and regulatory reporting
• Handling all aspects of Finance related regulatory reporting to ensure financial compliance with regulations
• Provide oversight over the daily Finance related regulatory reporting process to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, survey and disclosure requirements
• Work with finance operations shared services team to ensure timely reporting for both internal and external reporting as well as audits.
• Drive and coordinate with various stakeholders on implementing new and /or revised Finance related regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Liaise with regulators on Finance related regulatory reporting matters
• Conduct analysis, assess and advise the financial and capital impact on the changes in regulatory requirements and vice versa impact of business strategy on regulatory requirements

FP&A:

• Budgeting and forecasting on short, medium and long-term financial projections to achieve the Company's growth objectives and initiatives.
• Leading the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure planning, cost efficiency and operational productivity analysis.
• Strong ability to articulate and present financial data and strategies to senior management.
• Deliver relevant and consistent accounting and management information together with the right analytical insights to help the management in their decision making as well as understanding the underlying financials
• Monitor the business performance and help business to understand the trends, variances and underlying drivers for the same
• Support the business decisioning process by providing essential analytical skills, financial models where required
• Work with Central FP&A Finance team on regular financial reviews and reporting matters
• Participate in new products analysis while providing strategic financial inputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 10 years Finance experience and with experience in sharia lending is a MUST
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Experience in Financial reporting, FP&A & Regulatory reporting
• Strong business sense and insight in fintech or financial services, solid financial accounting and regulatory reporting knowledge, and strong data mining and analysis skills
• Experience with liquidity, funding, capital and cashflow management is a plus
• Passionate, Self- driven, independent, hands-on and result-oriented person
• Team player, agile with strong adaptability and resistance to pressure
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.
