We are now expanding our presence in China and seeking an experienced Growth Leader to strengthen our market footprint.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Head of Growth - China
to drive our expansion efforts, build strong relationships with students, parents, counselors, and schools, and lead all growth initiatives in the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in
high school counseling
, a strong understanding of the Chinese education landscape, and a track record of scaling programs or services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand RISE Research's presence across China.
Build and manage partnerships with high schools, counselors, educational consultants, and community organizations.
Lead student recruitment efforts and manage end-to-end conversion cycles.
Create and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to the Chinese market.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills in
English and Mandarin
.
2-3 years of professional experience in
student counseling, education management, program growth or related fields.
Experience working within the
Chinese high school counseling ecosystem
is a bonus.
Strong understanding of the local education system, parent expectations, and student needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and educators.
