You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of Global Revenue Services APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will provide global billing services, settlements, process improvement, and month-end procedures for our stakeholders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work in an international organisation with a focus on empowering talent to deliver efficient, standardised, and global services. As a team, we support each other\xe2\x80\x99s professional growth and share a collaborative mindset. You\xe2\x80\x99ll play an important role in:
  • clarifying the roles for colleagues in the team and explaining the connection between team tasks, overall department goals, and our overall strategy at \xc3\x98rsted
  • following the overall \xc3\x98rsted framework for feedback and personal development in the team, and adapting this framework if needed, thus ensuring all individuals can identify their own development areas .
  • increasing the efficiency of the operational tasks\xe2\x80\x99 execution through daily check-ins and internal controls, in close alignment with our global processes and priorities
  • implementing and maintaining effective operational management processes via KPIs, i.e., quality, activity, and efficiency measures, and short and long-term capacity planning
  • changing management and facilitation of adoption of the global \xc3\x98rsted working culture
  • driving increased efficiency by continually requesting process optimisation and/or automation.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a member of any professional bodies
  • have leadership experience with direct reports
  • have a broad understanding of accounting and revenue accounting
  • are results-oriented, independent, ambitious, and have a structured and data-driven approach to your work
  • possess general knowledge that local GAAP requirement may add complexity
  • thrive in an international environment and have the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
