About the role: foodpanda Malaysia is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of IMC to lead our marketing efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in an e-commerce space or food and beverage industry, with a deep understanding of the Malaysian market. What\'s on your menu Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness in Malaysia Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending to ensure maximum ROI Work closely with the regional and global marketing teams to align on branding, messaging, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial, and operations, to execute campaigns that support business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and vendors. Leverage data and analytics to track performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive success What do you bring to the table Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the food and beverage industry Deep understanding of the Malaysian market, including consumer behavior, trends, and preferences Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
