Job Details
Team management: 
1. Manage and lead the interior design team, who designs, coordinate and execute multiple simultaneous projects within timeline. This includes hiring and training designers, assigning projects and conducting performance reviews. 
2. Lead and empower team members to proactively flag and solve project issues. 
3. Assist team members in learning processes and growing professionally. 
 
Design direction: 
1. Establish the design direction and vision for the company. For eg: Design principles, design standards, style guidelines for work qualities and consistencies. 
 
Project oversight: 
1. Oversee all interior design projects undertaken by company. For eg: Review design concepts in order to meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and provide guidance and support to interior designers throughout the project\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle. 
2. Perform site visits upon project completion before handover to client.
