Planning & Execution - Review, plan and improve the existing Virtual environment setup - Review, plan and improve all the existing network and infrastructure setup for expansion as needed by business - Review, plan and improve the existing IT security for network and infrastructure -Setting and driving the technical vision and strategy for the company, aligning it with business objectives and market trends - Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and interfaces using industry best practice - Forecast system demands and recommended upgrade expansions and reconfiguration - New project are to be delivered as per agreed timeline, scope and functions - Setting and driving the technical vision and strategy for the company, aligning it with business objectives and market trends 2. Customer / Stakeholder Management - Provide regular status update on ongoing projects - Provide regular updates on security vulnerabilities - Provide security incident report to ITSC as and when there is an incident 3 Financial Management - Provide yearly budget for management approval - Plan and execute the IT OPEX budgeting process 4. People Management - Maintain healthy relationship with all work relationship departments - Keep staff morale within own department healthy - Lead, mentor and manage a team of system engineers by providing guidance, support and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment - Identify training needs, motivating and performance management for the team 5. Operations / Internal Business Processes -To drive strategic direction of our current and new services needs for the company based on business needs - To strategically review all existing systems, applications, network and infrastructure to support business goals - To facilitate the smooth and timely delivery for all projects - To make sure all team members have the latest in-depth knowledge as per their job requirements - To design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability with data access layers to optimised for performance and security - Overseeing the development and delivery of high quality, well tested and consistently error free solutions that meet customer requirements and quality standards within the agreed timeline - Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to align technical initiatives and ensure seamless integration - Ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards and regulatory requirement to maintain data integrity, security and customer satisfaction - Identify and mitigating technical risks, addressing issues proactively and ensuring business continuity - Manage software development and infrastructure lifecycles - Review and ensure all IT resources are secured - Ensure all IT staff comply with all IT security policies and procedures - Review security incident(s) with solution to address and prevent future recurring of the security incident -Develop and review IT policies and procedures -Ensure the IT policies and procedures are implemented across all systems - Review data storage needs and recommend solutions that best meet business needs 6 Communication and problem solving - Reviewing and auditing existing systems, applications, network, network design, infrastructure, secured resources for company\xe2\x80\x99s best interest with the objective to provide a better solution for the entire environment setup -Seek to understand business requirements and actively participate in all requirements gathering with proper documentations 7. Technical Competencies - Broad and in-depth knowledge of computer systems, network, infrastructure security, telecommunications, databases - Broad knowledge and in-depth knowledge of latest architecture design and tools for the infrastructure to address the risk and security exposure - Broad and in-depth knowledge of latest development software for online business such as but not limited to digital vouchers, credit card point redemption, e-market place etc - Broad knowledge and in-depth knowledge of project management methodology - Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure - Proactive and highly organized with strong time management and planning skills - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Team Oriented 8 Behavioural Competencies -Strong leadership, professional attitude and leading by example - Passionate about software development, IT infrastructure design and IT networking - Ability to solve problems quickly and completely - Ability to multi-task and stay organised in dynamic work environment - Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact well with all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Reliable, flexible and cooperative Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
