An exciting Head of IT (Plantation) job has just become available at a growing plantation based in Selangor.
About the Head of IT (Plantation) Role:
In this business critical job, you are required to lead the IT operations and projects for the plantation industry, based in the East Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal IT/digital advisor and business partner
- Identify opportunities and improve IT operations in accordance with ITIL standards
- Manage IT operations
- Identify opportunities and implement projects to strengthen cybersecurity
- Identify digital transformation opportunities and translate the requirements into projects
Key Requirements:
- Degree in IT
- More than 10 years of experience in IT with a minimum of five years in a managerial position
- Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and digital solutions
- Knowledge of the plantation industry is a must
- When necessary, the candidate is required to take hands-on roles in projects
