Job Description
Our client from a establish investment property company with cutting-edge knowledge and expertise in the industrial, retail, leisure and residential markets globally is currently looking for a Head of Legal.
Responsibilities
- To advise on legal risks and implications affecting the company\'s operations.
- To manage legal, compliance matters and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- To work with the operations and business teams on structuring of the acquisition and disposal of real estate, fund raising, m&a, joint venture projects.
- Minimum 15 PQE
- Called to the Malaysian/UK Bar
- Strong leadership skills and strong language ability in English
- Experience in legal, corporate secretarial work would be preferred.
