Position Overview

Responsible for managing daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and business objectives. Develops and implements manufacturing strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery.

Oversees departmental structure, defines roles, and coordinates team workflows to ensure smooth operations. Tracks and analyzes production performance and key metrics, driving continuous improvements and process optimization. Leads initiatives to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with OSH, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards, while ensuring high-quality packaging output.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience leading manufacturing or factory operations, ideally within the FMCG packaging or plastic manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and manufacturing best practices. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams effectively. Skilled in problem-solving, driving results, and managing complex projects under tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
