Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies to promote the company's Products and Services through both digital and traditional platforms. Lead and collaborate with digital marketing agencies to create engaging content across the website, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals. Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, customer insights, and competitor activity Identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. Oversee and optimize the company's digital presence, including SEO, website performance, and online advertising initiatives. Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Stay informed on the latest travel marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant. Provide strategic advice to senior management on branding, campaign direction, and market positioning.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

5 years' experience

in a senior marketing role within the

wellness, beauty, retail

industry. Strong

analytical, strategic, and problem-solving

abilities with a data-driven mindset. Excellent

project management and organizational

skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives effectively. Proficient in

digital marketing tools and techniques

, including SEO, content strategy, and social media management. Exceptional

communication and interpersonal

skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Able to lead the team and have good personality. Able to communicate in English and BM. Additional language is added advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
