Job Description
A Head of Marketing is required to pioneer the personal care category in a new market with the objective of maximising brand awareness, establishing market share and optimizing product profitability.
- Functioning as a brand owner by strategizing and developing the brand\'s growth plans through strong brand building activities. Skilled at localising ATL, BTL and NPDs.
- Ability to build and manage a sizeable high performing team.
- Adept at brand building and ideation from scratch, while integrating a holistic integrated marketing communications touchpoint after studying the local nuances.
- Develop strong and innovative product assortment, seeing through its lifecycle and value proposition to the brands.
- Stronghold in incorporating consumer insights Nielsen & Kantar, sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends.
- Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI across markets.
- Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
- At least 9 years in prior FMCG brand management
- Have been in a managerial position
- Strategic and analytical thinkers
- Skills in Nielsen / Kantar research tools
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities
