Job Description
A Head of Marketing is required to pioneer and lead a growing retail convenience store who is looking to expand their presence. A key lead role to develop and craft exciting brand marketshare.
- Strategic development of marketing plans to drive profitability, brand awareness, traction and market share across a few markets.
- Manage a team, you are responsible over A&P budgets across all brands with the objective to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and creative in the pursuit of creating a newly defined marketing breakthrough.
- Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing and retail marketing.
- Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the goal of achieving a common goal.
- Strategic abilities to integrate all marketing functions
- Stronghold in A&P management
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and resilient
