About Our Client
Company based in Klang Valley is home to a well-loved F&B dine-in chain in SEA. Locally owned, they are gearing towards further expanding their presence across SEA.
Functioning akin to an entrepreneur, you are responsible in developing the brand\'s annual 360 marketing plans which includes marketing communications, digital marketing and consumer experience.
Good knowledge in franchise, expansion and store launches.
Stronghold in online marketing from identifying trends, content development with the team and ensuring campaigns are optimised.
Accelerating PR and media activities.
Ensuring all communications are aligned including POSM materials and on-the ground store communication.
Sensitive to market trends and consumer data to decipher actionable strategies of brand growth according to the brand\'s identity, guideline and values.
Besides managing a team, strong collaboration with internal teams is required too. Familiarity with new menu development and F&B operations.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years in retail experience
Prior f&b experience is preferred
Entrepreneurial, resourceful and creative
Strong communication skills
Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
