The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role ensures strong brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective, creative, and data-driven campaigns. You will work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve high performance.
Oversee campaign planning, content creation, and brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, including ROI, lead conversions, and engagement.
Plan and manage the marketing budget efficiently and responsibly.
Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and shared objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market behaviour, and competitor activities.
Ensure consistent branding and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Lead market research initiatives to better understand customer needs.
Evaluate and manage external agencies or vendors (if any).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in a senior marketing position.
Strong track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms).
Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and content strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, office-based role.
Must be available for cross-departmental meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Occasionally required to attend events, campaigns, or external brand activations.
