The Head of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing and leading the departments: Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Workforce/Partner Management and Performance Monitoring. Ensuring service quality, financial performance and strategy execution as directed by the Board of Directors to achieve growth targets..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Multi-Department Management & Coordination
Supervise the entire operations of the company and related departments
Close coordination between Marketing - Ops - CS - Workforce to ensure overall efficiency
Optimize costs, productivity and service quality in each stage
Establish, monitor, and evaluate daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for each function.
Control service quality, including completion rate, ratings, and response time.
Analyze operational data and implement timely improvement actions.
Ensure cost efficiency and optimal utilization of resources.
3. Strategy Execution & Project Management
Transforming Management direction into clear action plans
Monitor progress, ensure business goals and service quality
Proactively propose innovative solutions to create sustainable growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in operations management (preferably in service or tech/app-based industries).
Strong team leadership skills with proven ability in KPI monitoring and performance management.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication skills in English; Malaysia.
